No. All you need is an email. Free has no trial period that suddenly ends.

Pro access stays until the end of the period you already paid for. After that the account works as Free: your data stays visible and exportable, only Pro actions become unavailable.
The yearly plan costs less than twelve monthly payments. You choose monthly or yearly when you subscribe.
